Sue Wyatt (BA, Post Grad Dip Psych, Cert Employee Relations, certified Master Coach, International Coaching Council) is our Senior Consultant and a Human Resources Professional with 25 years experience in HR practice and strategy at a senior management level. Sue also has several years experience in senior operations management. The combination of experience in these two fields of practice gives Sue an excellent appreciation of the way in which HR tools and methodologies can be applied to business reality in order to achieve tangible bottom line outcomes for your organisation. Sue’s philosophy is based on the premise that there are some fundamental variables that determine an organisation’s success. These include leadership style, organisational structure and culture, strategic capability, individual calibre and motivation, as well as robust systems and processes. Human Resources best practice is about accurately defining the nature of these variables in an organisation and mapping a path that ensure their integration into operational business strategies and practices. Greer Harding (BA, Dip Business Computing, Masters IR), has been the Managing Director of several highly successful companies and brings significant hands on business knowledge and experience.; she also has a background in Information Technology, and in Personal and Professional Development Training and individual Coaching. Greer’s strength lies in the combination of experience in both business systems and methodologies and her passion for assisting individuals and organisations to realize their potential. Greer’s firm belief is that the sum of the parts are greater than the whole. Fundamental business practices are key prerequisites for organisational growth, and the alignment of individual behavioural competencies with organisational strategic direction and philosophy are critical to achieving business objectives.
